Fenaka Corporation and Youth Ministry have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to conduct Certificate Level III training programs for youths under the National Apprenticeship Program.
The MoU was signed on Tuesday.
The National Apprenticeship Program offers youth nationwide the opportunity to learn work skills on-the-job under the guidance of experts. Training programs under the two-year program are conduct in compliance with Maldives National Skills Development Authority’s national competency standards.
120 youths are trained annually under the program.
The programs that will be conducted under the MoU between Fenaka and Youth ministry are:
Fenaka states that the training programs will serve a stepping stone for youth to pursue their chosen careers. The company said it will also allow participants to join additional training programs and equip them with necessary skills and experience.
