MACL to act against unauthorized services at VIA

Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has announced that it will take legal action against individuals or businesses operating without authorization at Velana International Airport (VIA), including those offering foreign exchange services at inflated rates. In a statement issued on Tuesday, MACL said that permission to conduct business or provide services at VIA is granted only under specific rules and formal agreements.
