Search operation in connection with MMPRC scandal underway

Police have begun a search operation in connection with the massive MMPRC scandal.

Police media official said that an operation in collaboration with Presidential Commission on Corruption and Asset Recovery, Anti-Corruption Commission as well as Maldives Inland and Revenue Authority (MIRA) was being conducted.

The operation will see raids on four locations in Male’ and Hulhumale’.
