Two arrested for possession of box cutter

Two people have been arrested for alleged involvement in gang violence while in possession of a box cutter intended to be used in an attack against another person.  The suspects arrested based on a tip received to intelligence regarding their involvement in gang violence have been identified as a 19-year-old and a 34-year-old.
