The new building of Galolhu Police Station was officially inaugurated on Thursday.

Police said that operations of Galolhu Police Station was switched from Male’ Hiyaa to NSPA building as the former had been significantly worn down and could no longer be considered an appropriate location to provide public service.

NSPA building was selected as the new location of Galolhu Police Station from proposals submitted once the tender was announced. MPS is renting the building for a period of two and a half years.
