Police service swears in 82 new recruits

82 new recruits to police service and special constabulary have taken their oath.

Their oath was administered by Civil Court judge Abdul Naseer Shafeeq in a ceremony at the Iskandhar Building in Male’ on Tuesday.

82 new recruits took their oath, including 26 male officers and 16 female officers, as well as 20 female special constabulary officers and 20 male special constabulary officers.

The ceremony was attended by People Directorate’s head Chief Superintendent of Police Ahmed Nafiz, Human Resource Development’s head Superintendent of Police Ahmed Muslim, and senior officials from Human Resource Development.
