Companies contracted to complete housing units in Nolhivaranfaru, Hanimaadhoo

Planning Ministry, on Sunday, contracted two companies to complete housing units in two islands in HDh. Atoll; Nolhivaranfaru and Hanimaadhoo.

The completion of the 100 housing units in Hanimaadhoo was contracted to Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Planning Ministry reports the project is valued at MVR 53,544,424.97, and that RCC was contracted to complete the project in 240 days.

Meanwhile, the completion of 52 housing units and construction of 48 housing units was contracted to Donbez Pvt. Ltd.

Planning Ministry reports the project is valued at MVR 79,393,199.70, and that Donbez was contracted to complete the project in 330 days.

The housing projects in Nolhuvaranfaru and Hanimaadhoo were launched by the former administration, but had remained stalled.
