President appoints 2 new State Ministers

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has made two new appointments as State Minister.

The two new appointees received their letter of appointment this Sunday at the President’s Office.

The two new State Ministers are:

• Khadeeja Adam, Minister of State for Higher Education
• Mohamed Shaafi’ee, Minister of State for Communication, Science and Technology

The President has also appointed a new Controller General of Immigration, Mohamed Ahmed Hussain (Hanafee) this Sunday. The appointment too is at the State Minister level.
