Dedicated art display space opens at Noovilu terminal

National Center for the Arts (NCA) has opened a dedicated artwork display space at the Noovilu seaplane terminal at Velana International Airport (VIA). The display wall set up at Noovilu allows local artists to display their artworks year-round.
