Heavy damages after taxi catches fire

A taxi car parked on the side of a road in Hulhumale’ Phase II caught on fire on early morning Wednesday, resulting in extensive damages. According to the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF), the fire was reported to the Hulhumale’ Fire Station at around 03:36 am. Firefighters from the station were immediately deployed to the Hithigas Mague, where the vehicle was parked,
