Police recruit arrested from Mathiveri for blackmailing girlfriend with nude photos

A young police recruit stationed at the AA. Mathiveri Police has been arrested for blackmailing his girlfriend with sexually explicit photos and videos.

According to the police, Zaidhan Mohamed, 19, Faza, AA. Mathiveri, was arrested under a court warrant on Wednesday.

He is accused of threatening and intimidating his girlfriend, threatening to leak sexually explicit photos and videos of her on social media, and blackmailing her.

He was presented before the Mathiveri Magistrate Court for his remand hearing on Thursday morning.

According to the police, the court ordered for him to be remanded in custody of the police for three days.

The case is under further investigation by the police.
