The police have found 163 grams of drugs hidden in an uninhabited island in the GA. Atoll.
In a press statement on Monday, the police said the drugs were found in a joint operation by the Vilingili Police Station and the Counter Narcotics Intelligence, following information collected by the Counter Narcotics Intelligence regarding drugs being stored in an uninhabited island.
The police searched the island and found a rubber packet containing 163 grams of drugs.
The police have yet to make an arrest in connection to the case.
The case is under further investigation by the police.
