Nominations reopen for Youth Award

The Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Information and Art has reopened nominations for the National Youth Award.

The Youth Award will honor young men and women for exemplary national service in 17 different categories.

The ceremony to confer the Youth Award was originally scheduled for September 12, but was postponed by the Youth Ministry.

The ministry has asked interested parties to resubmit nominations by 02:00 pm on September 19.

Physical applications will be accepted by the Youth Ministry from 08:30 am to 02:00 pm on working days. It can also be submitted via email to [email protected].

According to the Youth Ministry, the Youth Award is conferred in recognition of the crucial role of youth in national development, and to encourage youth to become productive and responsible members of society.
