Police opens job opportunity, salaries over MVR 15,000

Maldives Police Service is seeking officers for three of its ranks.

Police announced on X, it was seeking officers for Constable, Sergeant (Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3) and Senior Sergeant (Grade 1, and Grade 2) ranks.

Constable recruits will receive a remuneration of MVR 15,500. Salaries for Sergeant Grade 1, 2 and 3 are MVR 18,700, MVR 20,400 and MVR 22,100 respectively. For Senior Sergeant rank; Grade 1 officers will receive a remuneration of MVR 24,200 and Grade 2 officers will receive a rank of MVR 26,500.

Interested applicants can submit the relevant documents with the application form before 16:00hrs on August 1, 2024. Forms will be accepted on public work days between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs.

Eligible candidates will be screened based on academic qualification, relevant training, physical aptitudes with preferences given to applicants willing to work in areas requiring higher concentration of officers.
