Gender Ministry has already been relocated from G. Billoorijehige and Sea Track Building to the new office complex.
Meanwhile, the Higher Education Ministry is currently located in the Fen Building and the Transport Ministry is located in the Star Cinema Building.
The construction of the MVR 185 million office complex in Hulhumale’ Phase I was contracted to China’s Hunan Construction Engineering Corporation in 2019.
