IUM wins Silver for Islamic Finance Education Provider of the Year

The Islamic University of Maldives (IUM) has won the Islamic Finance Forum of South Asia (IFFSA) Silver Award for Islamic Finance Education provider of the Year.

The award was accepted on behalf of IUM by Director of Chancellor Bureau Mohamed Yaniu Hashim at the 7th IFFSA Awards held in Colombo on Monday.

IUM had also won the award back in 2017.

IUM was it was humbled to receive the award.

IUM offers Islamic finance programs for Diploma, Bachelors and Masters level.

The university boats the largest library of Islamic finance in the Maldives, along with international Islamic finance online library facility.
