First Lady Fazna Ahmed on Saturday took part in the Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon, held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Taking part to represent local gym TFG, the First Lady ran the 21-kilometer course and won the finishing medal in 2 hours and 14 minutes.
The marathon sees athletes from all over the world participating. In this year’s event, 4,000 runners participated.
Price money are awarded for the first 10 to finish the course, with a sum of 50,000 AED allocated for the first place.
Meanwhile second place was awarded 35,000 AED and 25,000 AED for third place.
This year’s event was the 15th edition of the marathon.
