Public Interest Law Center (PILC) is offering legal aid to tenants of the Hiyaa Housing Project, if the parties they contracted to complete finishing work on their units failed to complete the work, despite being paid.
In a statement on Tuesday, PILC said they have received multiple complaints regarding breach of agreements to complete finishing work on Hiyaa units.
PILC said they therefore plan on providing legal aid to tenants who don’t have the financial means to hire lawyers.
