Missing 4-year-old boy found dead in Fenfushi lagoon

A young boy reported missing from A. Dh. Fenfushi has been found dead in the island’s lagoon.

The young boy, identified as a four-year-old, was reported missing to the police at approximately 03:20 pm on Sunday.

According to the police, he was later found dead in the island’s lagoon.

The Fenfushi health center confirms he was already deceased when taken there, said the police.

Fenfushi Council said the boy went missing in the afternoon, and was found dead in the lagoon shortly afterwards.

The police said they are conducting necessary inquiries in connection to the case.
