Ooredoo introduces 25% bonus data for postpaid customers

Ooredoo has introduced a 25 percent bonus data offer for its postpaid customers due to the current situation with Covid-19 in the Maldives.

The company stated that the offer was to provide customers who have run out of data allowances and packages at the end of the month with additional data. Ooredoo added that customers will be offered 25 percent bonus data on April 1 as well.

Due to the situation with the global pandemic, Ooredoo is working to ensure that its customers do not face any difficulties. The company has also made it so that services would not be interrupted if customers cannot pay the bills before the deadline for its mobile, fiber and wireless broadband services.

In addition to this, the company has arranged so that texts to local phone numbers and access to the Covid-19 website are free of charge. Ooredoo had closed its stores in the country due to the virus situation and is encouraging its customers to use its online application to obtain services.
