The Education Ministry has already issued vouchers for next year’s school supplies for students of public schools.

This was part of the Ministries’ efforts to ease the process of providing textbooks, stationery, and other school supplies. The pre-planned process saw school supplies provided to 213 public schools run in the country.

These supplies have been handed over to the students who have just begun their vacation following the end of the academic year yesterday. Public schools were enrolled by 72,950 students in 2019 and were hailed as a successful year by the Education Minister Dr. Aishath Ali.

The academic year will recommence on January 12, 2020.
