A new resort is set to be developed in Kodhipparu lagoon in Kaafu Atoll by Amin Construction.
Amin Construction stated that the project will be carried out with Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd (CES) of Singapore as a joint venture between the two companies.
CES is one of the biggest companies in the construction industry of Singapore and is also involved in hospitality and property investment as well as the education sector.
The resort being developed in Kodhipparu lagoon will be a high-class luxury resort, according to Amin Construction. The company refrained from revealing any further information regarding the resort.
Amin Construction has been granted three areas from the Kodhipparu lagoon. CES already runs a resort in a Kodhipparu lagoon named Grand Park Kodhipparu which consists of 120 villas. The resort is located just 20 minutes away from Velana International Airport.
