Birds from the Maldives Free Flying Association will be part of the Ooredoo Fun Run Kids Evening, offering children a chance to interact with companion birds in a safe and educational setting.
Ooredoo Maldives has partnered with the association to bring its members’ birds to both the Fun Run main event and the Kids Evening, which will be held on Thursday, December 18, at Hulhumale' Central Park from 16:00 to 18:00 hrs.
Children attending the event will be able to see the magnificent birds up close and take photos, in a family-friendly atmosphere designed to celebrate wellness, joy, and community engagement ahead of the Fun Run.
The Maldives Free Flying Association is the country’s first organization initiated by bird breeders. It promotes welfare-first standards for companion birds and aims to raise awareness about ethical breeding and care practices. The group also advocates for the health of bird breeding and insect communities.
The Kids Evening is part of the broader Ooredoo Fun Run 2025 festivities, which include vibrant activities, giveaways, and inclusive entertainment. For more updates, Ooredoo Maldives encourages the public to follow its social media channels.
