Statistics published by the Ministry of Social and Family Development show that 34 child neglect cases were reported in October. According to the statistics published on Monday, the Ministry received and attended to 250 cases in October. Violence against children accounted for 101 of these cases. First on the list was neglect, recorded in 34 cases affecting 16 girls and 18 boys.
