RAFY NGO holds pre-summit ahead of SAYS 2018

Regional Alliance for Fostering Youth (RAFY) NGO has held a pre-summit meeting in Maldives ahead of the South Asian Youth Summit (SAYS) 2018. SAYS 2018 is scheduled to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from September 17 -20.
