Four injured in collision between two speedboats near Gulhifalhu

Four people have been injured in a collision between two speedboats near K. Gulhifalhu on Friday evening.

Police, in a message to the media, said the accident was reported to the authority at approximately 19:34pm this evening.

As per information circulating on social media, the two speedboats that collided were Grand Park Kodhipparu PKD-19 and Feridhoo Tours Senora.

Police said four people injured in the accident are currently being treated at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

Officers are also active at the scene of the investigation, they added.
