VP inaugurates Aséria Homes & Townhouses Project at Hulhumale’

Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef, on Thursday, has inaugurated the Aséria Homes & Townhouses project being developed at Hulhumale’ Phase II.

The project was inaugurated during a groundbreaking ceremony held at Hulhumale’ Phase II on Thursday evening.

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) awarded the project to Batch Construction Private Limited.

The company has been allocated a land plot spanning 19,746.88 square meters situated at the northeastern tip of Hulhumale’ Phase II for the project which will see the development of three distinct types of residences: 37 units of Beach Dwellings, 14 units of Garden Dwellings, and 22 units of Urban Dwellings.

The three types of residences will be developed under a concept closely linked to Maldivian lifestyle and will showcase the natural beauty of the Maldives. Maldives’ weather and environment were taken into consideration when designing the residences under the project.

The residence developed under the project will include an elevated garden for gardening. 

The upscale project is set to be completed within a three-year time frame.
