Dhiraagu’s 35th AGM scheduled for April 28

Dhiraagu has invited its shareholders to attend the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), on April 28.

The meeting will begin at 08:15 pm.

According to Dhiraagu, the AGM will be a hybrid meeting where shareholders can register to attend the meeting either online via FahiVote, or in-person at the Crossroads Maldives Event Hall.

The deadlines for the registration are as below:

• Pre-registration of shareholders: 10:00 pm on April 4 to 01:00 pm on April 27
• Registration of Proxies: 10:00 pm on April 4 to 01:00 pm on April 26

All shareholders who are listed in the company’s share register as of April 24 are eligible to participate and vote at the 35th AGM, and are entitled to any benefits thereof.

Due to venue size, the number of shareholders who can register to attend the AGM by being physically present at the venue has been limited to 150 shareholders.

According to Dhiraagu, shareholders who have indicated a preference to attend the AGM venue will be informed by 01:00 pm on April 28 whether they can attend at the AGM venue or if attendance will have to be online.
