Afeef Hassan appointed MTCC’s chairman

Mohamed Afeef Hassan, who has held various senior posts in the government previously, was appointed the chairperson of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) on Sunday.

The appointment was announced by MTCC via a post on X.

Afeef has previously served as STELCO’s chairman and Fenaka Corporation’s chairman.

Afeef also served as Director General of the Housing Ministry during former president Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayyoom’s administration.
