Remaining Vinares flats sold out within 30 minutes

Urbanco states the unsold Vinares flats that went on sale this morning sold out within just 30 minutes.

A media official from Urbanco told Sun that the unsold flats went on sale at 10:00am Sunday morning, following which all flats were purchased within 30 minutes.

The flats were first opened for purchase on July 17 last year. This time, the opportunity is open for flats that have not been sold as of September 15^th.

The 10 towers built under the Vinares project have a total of 1,344 units. To be eligible for these units, one must be either a native of Male’, or have resided in the capital city for 15 years.

Urbanco previously said the payment for the flats can be settled within 20 to 25 years, in installments. Moreover, the downpayment can also be paid in installments, till the project is completed and the flats are handed over to the purchaser.

The payment can also be made through bank loans, in the same time frame of 20 to 25 years.
