Unsold Vinares flats to go on sale starting this Sunday

Urbanco has said that they will open the opportunity to submit applications to buy the unsold Vinares flats on Sunday.

Urbanco said the opportunity to apply for the flats will be opened through its online portal.

Applications can be submitted from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on every official day. Applications will close once all flats for sale have had applications submitted for them.

The flats were first opened for purchase on July 17 last year. This time, the opportunity is open for flats that have not been sold till September 15 this year.

In addition, those who applied for the flats till Tuesday but either did not attend the invitation to choose the unit or those who did not have the financial capability to buy the flats, will have their applications be canceled and those flats will be sold as well.

The 10 towers built under the Vinares project have a total of 1344 units. The project has given flats to people from Male' and those who have lived in Male' for 15 years.
