MIB offers instant account opening and activation, online

Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) states their customers can now instantly open bank accounts online.

According to MIB, customers do not have to wait, and will instantly receive their bank account number upon submitting an online application.

The bank said customers will also immediately receive an activated Visa card, which will be issued from the branch the account is opened at, or the nearest branch.

Customers can also create their own internet banking.

Interested customers need to visit the MIB’s applynow portal.

Customers can submit applications after logging in with eFaas, or can access the applynow portal directly on the eFaas mobile app.

MIB offers modern and reliable banking services, and has branches open in Male’, Hulhumale’, Addu City, Fuvahmulah City, Thinadhoo City, and Kulhudhuffushi City.

The bank also provides ATM services in Male’ and several other islands, and operates the sole ATM in Hulhumale’ Phase II.
