Saudi opens over 350 scholarship opportunities for Maldivian students

The Saudi Arabian government has opened over 350 scholarship opportunities for Maldivian students.

The fully-funded scholarships allow Maldivian students the opportunity to study in any university in Saudi Arabia.

The fields of study include:

  • Business management
  • Media
  • Computer science
  • Law sciences
  • Educational specialties
  • Social sciences
  • Agriculture
  • Economic and political studies
  • Engineering majors
  • Islamic studies
  • Arabic studies and other fields of foreign languages

Applications are open online.

According to the Saudi Embassy in Maldives, Saudi Arabia offers the highest quality of higher education in the Arab world. 27 of the programs run in Saudi Arabia are currently ranked the top 100 in the world.

Saudi Arabia is home to some of the world’s leading educational institutes, such as the King AbdulAziz University, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
