MIB to establish ATM in Hulhumale’ Phase II

Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has executed an agreement with Urbanco for the establishment of an ATM of the bank in Hulhumale’ Phase II.

The agreement was signed during a special ceremony on Thursday by MIB’s Managing Director Mufaddal Idris Khumri and Urbanco’s Managing Director Ahmed Athif.

MIB ATM, established under this agreement, will be located at Vinaes Flat in front of the temporary mosque in Hulhumale’ Phase II. This location is close by to State Trading Organization’s (STO) temporary outlet for Ramadan, ‘Roadha Mart’.

The establishment of the ATM would provide significant easements in banking for MIB customers residing in Hulhumale’ Phase II.

At present, MIB operates ATMs at Male’, Vilimale’, Hulhumale’ and Thilafushi from the Greater Male’ Area. The bank recently introduced dollar ATMs as well. MIB operates ATMs across atolls in Addu City, Fuvahmulah City. GDh. Thinadhoo, B. Eydhafushi and HDh. Kulhudhuffushi.
