All Villa Resorts' properties renamed after company's rebranding

Villa Resorts have rebranded and changed the names of the resorts in their portfolio.

With the change of name brought to the parent company, from Villa Resorts and Hotels to Villa Resorts, the resorts owned by the company have also followed in changing their names.

With the rebranding, Paradise Island Resort has changed their name to Villa Nautica Maldives and Sun Island changed their name to Villa Park. The property that they are currently renovating and is expected to reopen towards the end of this year, Island Resort and Spa, will be opened to the public with the name Villa Heaven.

In addition to these, the company have decided to change the name of Royal Island Resort and Spa to Villa Village and reopen in 2025, and to develop Fun Island Hotel Resort and Spa with the latest technologies to be of the highest-end luxury resort to be open to the public in 2027.

They revealed recently that they are in the course of developing two other resorts as well. This includes the resort that is being developed on R. Maanenfushi, called Villa Eden.
