Telecom operator Dhiraagu has launched ‘Dhiraagu Futuboalha Eid’ - a special campaign for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
The campaign was launched at a press conference at Dhiraagu headquarters Thursday.
Dhiraagu will be running three major promos as part of their campaign. The promos are:
Jehee Libunee GB: Customers can do a one-time registration of their team through the dedicated webpage on Dhiraagu website and enjoy 1GB free data when their favorite team scores a goal (up to a total of 5GB per match).
Magic Data: All Prepaid customers who activate the Magic Data add-on – 25GB for MVR 350 – will be randomly awarded free data. Up to 100 percent of the total add-on amount which will be valid for 30 days from activation.
Double Data: For selected Mobile Postpaid, Mobile Broadband and Fibre Broadband data boosters, customers will get to enjoy double the data during the promo period.
Dhiraagu’s Assistant Manager, Advertising, Hassan Sharih said the company is excited to launch the campaign to celebrate the greatest football event of the year.
“We are excited to launch our ‘Dhiraagu Futuboalha Eid’ to celebrate the greatest football event of the year which will take place in Qatar next week, enjoyed across the nation. With our special offers and promotions, we hope to make the ’Dhiraagu Futuboalha Eid’ festivities more colorful and bring this great tournament to the doorsteps of all football fans in the Maldives,” he said.
As part of the campaign, Dhiraagu will also be holding a special ‘Guess the Player?’ quiz across their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Five winners will stand the chance to receive an MVR 3,000 gift voucher. One lucky participant will be chosen from all five rounds, who will receive a PlayStation5 with a FIFA 23 game.
Additionally, a special ‘Dhiraagu Futuboalha Eid’ Viber and Telegram sticker pack will also be available for customers to use.
