Fenaka Institute for Training and Research has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maldives National Skills Development Authority for their registration as a National Trade Testing Centre.
Fenaka Corporation said that the agreement was executed in order to facilitate opportunities for its staff lacking certification and licenses but have sufficient training and experience to attain the same.
The company detailed that the agreement would enhance and fast-track the process of acquiring certificates for staff who have attained sufficient training and education within the work environment.
Fenaka described the opportunities created due to this agreement as a stepping stone for its staff to pursue careers in their desired areas.
Apart from establishing access to additional certificate-level courses – Fenaka said that the agreement will ensure its entire workforce are trained, certified and experienced individuals in their respective lines of work.
Established under Fenaka Corporation two years ago, Fenaka Institute for Training and Research was birthed to ensure that the company’s staff are certified and capable employees who have attained the required training and education demanded from their jobs.
A batch of students are presently undertaking a level three certification course on Electric Installation and Maintenance at the Institute.
