Ooredoo to hold AGM in March

Ooredoo Maldives has announced its annual general meeting will be held in March. 

Ooredoo said the record date for the AGM will be 02:00 pm on Thursday, February 17. All persons and legal entities registered as shareholders of the company by then are eligible to receive dividends, attend the AGM in person or by proxy, and to participate and vote in person or by proxy.   

The company said that the notice and agenda of the AGM will be published on the company’s website before end on Sunday, February 20, along with the date, time, venue, agenda items and general information on voting. 

Ooredoo’s shares are currently valued at MVR 45 on the Maldivian stock exchange.
