MTCC completes K. Guraidhoo picnic island reclamation project

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc. (MTCC) has announced the completion of K. Guraidhoo picnic island reclamation and shore protection project.

According to MTCC – the project was completed on September 11.

Valued at MVR 13.4 million – scope of work of this project included the reclamation of 1.7 hectares of land; 278-meter revetment construction and 160-meter groyne construction.

MTCC also announced the completion of the land reclamation and shore protection project in K. Guraidhoo earlier today. This project was completed on September 27.
