President departs to Dubai

President Dr Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik has departed to Dubai, to participate in the World Energy Forum.

The President’s Office said that the President departed this morning at 10:00am to attend the forum which will take place from 22 to 24 October.

During the meeting, world leaders will discuss energy problems faced by the world, and ways in which countries can cooperate in the energy sector.
