Delivery services to be provided by 269 shops in case of Male' city lockdown

The Male’ City Council has collected the information of shops that will be conducting delivery services in case of a lockdown in the capital.

The shops include those in the Male’ city, Hulhumale; and Vilimale’ as well.

A total of 334 shops in Male’ city and 30 shops in Vilimale’ were collected by the council. Out of the shops, 369 from Male’ city and 20 from Vilimale’ had agreed to provide delivery services. 202 shops in Male’ city will accept online transactions while 17 from Vilimale will also do the same.

HDC is also conducting a similar survey for shops in Hulhumale’. Information about 90 shops was collected by the HDC. 73 shops in Hulhumale’ will conduct delivery services while 63 of these shops would accept online transactions.
