Cyryx College opens applications for 31 programs

One of the leading colleges in the Maldives, Cyryx College has opened applications for 31 courses that will be run by the institution in 2020.

The Vice-Rector of the College Abdulla Nazim stated that Cyryx College will start teaching under the government-run free first-degree program in 2020.

“We currently run certificate level 3 and 4 courses in psychology. The biggest opportunity is open for students from nearby islands who can study for Masters in several programs on a full day basis on Saturdays,” said Nazim.

Nazim also stated that all the courses run in the institution are compatible with the Maldives Qualification Authority (MQA) standards. The college will also commence a Masters in IT program in February with the assistance of Malaysia’s Help University.

Tuition fees will be set for each month for students and the campus will also carry out career counseling for students. Rector of the college, Dr. Ali Fawaz Shareef also stated that applications for teaching programs will also be announced by the college.

Some of the courses opened for application by the college include Bachelors's degree programs in Finances, Marketing, Business and IT.
