Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has opened application for judges to the Criminal Court and Civil Court.

The vacancies were announced by JSC this Thursday.

It is seeking one judge for the Criminal Court and four judges for Civil Court.

The judges selected for the positions will receive a salary of MVR 30,000, and an allowance of MVR 15,000.

Only those who have the minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Sharia or Law and Islamic Sharia, and have at least two years of experience as a judge or lawyer are eligible for the posts.
