Finance introduces notification service for vendor payments by state agencies

A SMS and email notification service has been introduced for payments to vendors made by state agencies through Finance Ministry.

According to Finance Ministry, the notification will be sent via its call center number 1617 and its official email account [email protected] upon deposit to the bank accounts of vendors.

The notification service is available to all parties who have disclosed mobile phone numbers and email accounts upon vendor registration at the public accounting system.

Finance Ministry has instructed parties to fill and submit the communications section of vendor maintenance forms to ensure the notification service is also available to parties who have not disclosed their contact information, or have switched their mobile phones or email address.
