Bank of Maldives (BML) has expanded its services by opening a US dollar ATM in the capital’s suburb Hulhumale’.
The USD ATM, located at the bank’s ATM center in the Renatus Ithaa Muih apartment complex, was opened by the bank’s CEO and MD Tim Sawyer this Thursday.
BML says the new ATM will allow customers who reside in Hulhumale’ to deposit, withdraw and transfer US dollars.
Opening the new USD ATM, Sawyer noted that the bank’s USD ATM services had been widely popular among customers from the day it introduced the service itself.
He hailed the new USD ATM in Hulhumale’ as a key milestone in the bank’s efforts to boost customer convenience.
BML currently has seven ATMs throughout Hulhumale’.
The bank has a nationwide network of 37 branches across all 20 atolls, 47 Self Service Banking Centers, 110 ATMs, 5,500 Point of Sale merchants, 277 agents and a full suite of digital banking services.
