Education Ministry assigns multi purpose hall projects

The Education Ministry has awarded the construction of two multi-purpose halls in two schools.

The projects for the two halls to be built-in L. Isdhoo school and Mohamed Jamaaluddine School in Fuvahmulah were awarded to W & A Overseas Pte Ltd at a ceremony held at the Education Ministry today. The projects were awarded for a total of MVR 14.6 million.

The agreement was signed by the Director of W & A Overseas Pte Ltd Ahmed Aslam and State Minister Ahmed Riyaz on behalf of the Ministry. The projects were awarded to be completed within 210 days. 

Education Ministry stated that the two halls would be usable by September next year.
