My Allied portal undergoes rebranding, expansion of services

Allied Insurance Maldives’s web portal for its health insurance customers, My Allied, was been relaunched after rebranding and additional services.

Originally launched in 2018, My Allied was dedicated to the company’s health insurance customers, and offered services such as submission of health claims, viewing of status of claims, viewing of health policy limits and balance.

Marketing Manager of Allied Insurance, Niushad Shareef reports that increasing customer convenience through new and innovative methods was one of the company’s top priorities.

“Expanding the services of My Allied to the same level as Allied’s mobile application will reduce time consumption and will be very beneficial,” said Niushad.

The company reports it expects the newly rebranded and expanded My Allied web portal will prove to be of immense convenience to its customers.

My Allied is no longer dedicated to health insurance services, but has been expanded to include third-party motor insurance, thakaful services, home contents thakaful services, and hajj and umrah thakaful.

Customers can now, also generate motor stickers, and verify insurance policies and thakaful certificates via My Allied.
