Motorcycle parked inside Addu home taken out, torched

A motorcycle parked at the front yard of a residential home in Feydhoo, Addu City was taken out to the street and torched in an arson attack at dawn this Saturday.

Maldives Police Service says the case was reported to the authority at 4:30 am.

The residential home from where the motorcycle was taken out and torched is located near the football stadium of the island.

The motorcycle was burned beyond repair in the incident.

MPS has launched a formal investigation into the case.
