Aqua Vita Residencies inaugurated

The design for the Aqua Vita Residencies, a new apartment complex planned for Hulhumale’ has been unveiled.

The Aqua Vita Residencies is a project by NPH Developments Private Limited of Sri Lanka.

The  luxury apartment complex was inaugurated during a ceremony held at the National Art Gallery last Tuesday evening by COO of NPH Developments, Prasann Leanage and Principal Architect of Vita Aqua Residencies, Philip Weeraratne.

During the inauguration, the company unveiled the building model and showed a 3D walkthrough video featuring the apartments and facilities available at the complex.

Aqua Vita Residencies will be located in Kurendhimaa Hingun of Hulhumale’.

It is a 14-story apartment complex with 104 apartments in total.

Each floor will have eight apartments; four three-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom apartments.

The company reports the apartment complex will have facilities including a fully equipped gym, infinity pool, kids pool and play area, a multifunctional hall and a clubhouse.
