21-year-old stabbed in Mathimaradhoo

A man is being treated at the hospital for stab wounds after getting physically assaulted in an incident which took place in L. Mathimaradhoo just after midnight on Monday.

Maldives Police Service identified the victim of the assault as a 21-year-old male.

He is being treated at the L. Atoll Regional Hospital.

The incident took place at approximately 00:15.

Two suspects were arrested this Tuesday morning in connection with the case; a 28-year-old male and a 29-year-old male.
